Honey Recommended by Your Individual Taste!
We love honey and coffee at the farm, and have selected the best honey varieties for your individual preferences! We understand everyone has different taste, but these recommendations are a great starting place - as always you can always choose what you want in your coffee!
Now let's start reviewing our honey varieties and what they pare with well.
Any honey variety marked with * is a local Georgia harvested honey. All our honey is Pure, Raw, and Unfiltered American Sourced.
Light Coffee
When you prefer a very light coffee, Weeks Clover Honey will be your favorite sweetener. It has extremely light, clean flavor that virtually disappears with a light to mild coffee. A secondary option would be our Weeks Blackberry Honey* that has a light, fruity essence and is sweeter than clover. Third and most luxurious is our Georgia Harvested Weeks Tupelo Honey* that has a buttery taste and is considered the king of honeys.
Medium Coffee
For those who enjoy more of a coffee taste, and expect a bolder boost you have a large selection of raw honey that mellows nicely with your richer taste. First in the lineup is the ever-popular Weeks Wildflower Honey* that adds a complex taste and mellows nicely for a unique sweetener. Try our Florida sourced Weeks Orange Blossom Honey with it's fruity mono-floral, super sweetness. It will increase your energy naturally. Next up is our Weeks Alapaha Honey* which blends the best of Tupelo & Wildflower Honey naturally for a smooth but rich taste. Finally our Gold Reserve* is a unique Wildflower Honey that we harvest near our original farm in Omega, Georgia. It is a perfect way to bring out the best in your mild cup of morning bliss.
Artisan Coffee
Do you like to spice up your nectar of life? Is it a work of art to you? We have some unique and delicious hand-infused honey to do the trick! Our tried and true Weeks Ceylon Cinnamon Honey is a crowd pleaser over the last 5 plus years and has added health benefits to boot! Made from a true cinnamon it makes even the best coffees better! It mixes well with almost any flavors you throw at it. The next three options are new to our farm but gaining steam with java lovers everywhere! Weeks Chai Honey* will warm your tastebuds up for Fall anytime of the year when you drizzle this honey over your brew. Leave it on top or stir it in for a taste like no other. If you want to bolden up your taste then add the Honeyopathic™ Cocoa Honey to your creation! The dark cocoa will spike the strength of the natural coffee to a whole new level- but the sweetness of the honey will soften it just enough. (Did we also mention it is heavenly on ice cream?) Last in the fancy coffee section is the Honeyopathic™ Reishi Honey that has a woodsy, earthy taste that mellows very nicely in coffee and will give you extra health benefits to boot.
Strong Coffee
Do you like the dark side of coffee? We know what you will like. Our strongest honeys are saved for your rich and bold cups of joe. Number one has to be Weeks Buckwheat Honey. It is a very earthy, back-strap-molasses taste that softens nicely in a warm cup to provide a rich but not too sweet flavor. Second is Weeks Southern Gallberry Honey* that has a milder cane syrup taste, and becomes more buttery in the darker coffee. For those with an adventurous streak, we also have a very limited supply of Weeks Sage Honey. This honey is a very unique honey, with a very acquired taste. Very floral in nature it softens with the bitter tones of darker coffees.
