Weeks Honey-Pecan Salmon

Glazed honey Pecan Salmon has our mouth drooling. Made with Raw honey from Weeks Honey Farm.

YIELD: Makes 3 serving

INGREDIENTS

1/4 cup - Whole Wheat Panko Breadcrumbs

1/4 cup - Pecans, finely chopped

2 T plus 1 tsp. - Weeks Clover Honey

2 T - Mustard

3 (5-oz) - Salmon Fillets

DIRECTIONS

Preheat your oven to 425° F.

Mix breadcrumbs, pecans, honey and mustard. Spread the chunky mixture evenly on top of the salmon fillets in a baking dish. Put the salmon in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown.
