1. In a bowl, combine your choice of fresh fruits- or use listed below.
2. Heat a small saucepan on low heat, add honey cinnamon. Remove from heat.
3. Drizzle over fruit in the bowl and gently turn the fruit over in the bowl to ensure that all the fruit is coated with the syrup. If fruit is still hot or very warm, allow it to continue to cool.
4. Toss with lemon zest.
5. Garnish, if you wish, and serve.

- 6 ounces raspberries
- Zest from 1/2 of a lemon
- 1/4 cup Weeks Raw Ceylon Cinnamon honey
- Mint for garnish
