Try a new spin on a Summer classic! The lime honey syrup is the bomb!! It smells great when you're cooking it, and it goes perfect with the watermelon. Just whip it up in a pan on the grill, toss it in the fridge for a little bit, and there you have it. It's sooooo good!
INGREDIENTS:
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
RECIPE:
Place lime juice and honey in a saucepan and heat on the grates of a hot grill or side burners. Bring to a boil and let boil for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and chill. Place watermelon slices on a large platter and drizzle with the lime syrup and garnish with mint.
